This Privacy Policy describes how ENSv2 Marketplace™, operated by Craig Vsetula LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), handles information in connection with ensv2marketplace.com.
The short version: we collect almost nothing. This is a static informational website with no user accounts, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no data collection beyond what you voluntarily send us by email.
1. Information We Collect
We do not operate user accounts, login systems, payment processors, or any form-based data collection on this website.
The only personal information we may receive is what you voluntarily send us directly by email at info@ensv2marketplace.com — for example, your name, email address, company name, and wallet address when inquiring about a subdomain lease.
We do not collect:

- IP addresses beyond standard server logs retained by our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages / GitHub)
- Device fingerprints, behavioral data, or browsing history
- Payment information — all lease payments are made on-chain directly; we never handle credit cards or bank details
2. How We Use Information
Information you send us by email is used solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry about subdomain leasing
- Establish and administer a lease arrangement
- Communicate regarding an active lease
We do not sell, rent, share, or market your information to any third party. We do not use your information for advertising.
3. Blockchain Transparency
ENS subdomain assignments are recorded on the Ethereum blockchain, which is a public ledger. Once a subdomain is assigned to your wallet address, that assignment is publicly visible on-chain. This is inherent to how ENS works and is not within our control. By entering into a subdomain lease arrangement, you acknowledge that on-chain records are publicly visible.
4. Third-Party Services
This website is hosted via GitHub Pages and delivered through Cloudflare. These providers may collect standard server log data (IP addresses, request timestamps) in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control this data and do not have access to it in identifiable form.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or analytics service.
5. Data Retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer any active lease arrangement or respond to any related inquiry. We do not maintain marketing databases or mailing lists.
6. Your Rights
If you have contacted us by email and wish to request deletion of that correspondence, you may do so by emailing info@ensv2marketplace.com. We will honor reasonable deletion requests where retention is not required for an active lease or legal obligation.
7. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
